Please read our terms and booking conditions carefully before reserving tour packages or rental vehicles.

Agreement of Terms

By accessing and booking services on shreemarutitravel.com, you ("the Customer" or "User") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and payment/cancellation policies.

1. Booking, Payment & Fees

  • Advance Deposit: A minimum booking deposit of 25% to 50% of the total estimated package or vehicle rental price must be processed to secure hotel reservations and allocate private fleet vehicles.
  • Final Settlement: The remaining balance of the booking package must be cleared by the client at least 7 to 15 days before the departure date or as agreed in your specific booking itinerary.
  • GST Applicable: Unless specified otherwise, Government GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 5% is added dynamically to all tours and private transport billing.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation, fees are calculated dynamically based on how close the cancellation date is to the scheduled trip start date:

  • 30+ Days Prior: 10% to 15% administrative/service coordination charge is withheld, and the remainder is refunded.
  • 15-29 Days Prior: A 50% cancellation penalty applies to the total package price.
  • Less than 7 Days Prior: Strictly 0% refund (no refund) is applicable due to hotel prepayments and vehicle reservations.
  • Train/Air Ticket Fallbacks: Airline and railway ticketing cancellations follow the respective carriers' policies directly.

3. Private Fleet Vehicle Rental Rules

  • Minimum Mileage: Outstation rentals are charged based on a minimum runtime of 250 kilometers per day.
  • Driver Allowance: An additional driver night allowance (typically ₹300 per day) is added for long outstation tours.
  • Tolls & Parking: State road taxes, interstate entry fees, and parking space tickets are billed extra at actual costs.

4. Limit of Liability

While we strive to ensure top safety, we are not liable for delayed itineraries, injuries, or losses arising from natural disasters (acts of God), political strikes, sudden highway blocks, flight cancellations, or third-party hotel service deficits.
